AI limitations

DenialOS AI is assistive and governed.

It does not claim to be:

• a clinical authority;
• the source of truth for EHR facts;
• an unrestricted financial authority;
• an unrestricted EHR mutation engine;
• a guaranteed payer-outcome predictor.

Missing evidence should remain unknown.

Model output can be stored as a product artifact, but the application does not intentionally log raw prompts or generated content into operational logs. Context manifests store hashes and control metadata rather than complete model prompts.
