Voice revenue-cycle agent
DenialOS contains a governed voice-agent control plane for simulations and dry-run preparation.
The current release does not place live telephony calls.
It supports delegation policy, campaign controls, audience manifests, approved-action gates, deterministic simulations, human escalation, and kill switches.
This page intentionally does not market the current implementation as an autonomous calling service.
Common Questions
What is a voice revenue cycle agent?
A voice revenue cycle agent is an AI-powered voice agent that handles phone-based revenue cycle tasks like insurance verification, claim status follow-up, prior authorization calls, and patient payment reminders. DenialOS offers a governed simulation/dry-run environment for voice RCM.
How does a voice RCM agent work?
A voice RCM agent uses speech recognition, natural language understanding, and integration with payer systems to make and receive calls, ask the right questions, capture responses, and update case status automatically.
Is the voice agent live for production?
No. DenialOS voice is in governed simulation/dry-run mode for development. Live telephony is not enabled in the current release.
