Human control
AI capabilities are registered, scoped by organization/client, subject to capability controls, and—by default—require explicit human review. Autonomy decisions can deny execution, require human authority, or place a capability into kill-switched state.
Evidence-first behavior
The platform is designed so missing evidence can remain unknown. It does not turn uncertainty into an invented payer decision or clinical fact.
