The separate voiceAgent service supports delegation and deterministic simulation scenarios such as:

• status follow-up;
• counter-offer request;
• authentication challenge;
• unsupported term.

Safety behavior

The simulation layer can escalate rather than completing an out-of-scope action. A global voice simulation kill switch can block new simulations.

What does not happen

The current release does not place real calls, record calls, store live transcripts, negotiate with an external party, or modify an EHR.
