What is DenialOS?

DenialOS is a full-stack denial-management platform for healthcare billing teams. The current repository supports denial-letter and ERA/835 intake, case creation, extraction, appeal-rule evaluation, evidence-aware drafting, review workflows, payer interaction records, reconciliation, and outcome tracking.

The operating model

DenialOS treats a denial as an operating case rather than only a document.

The platform can:

  1. capture source material;
    1. structure claim and denial facts;
      1. identify missing evidence;
        1. prepare appeal work;
          1. require human review where configured;
            1. track payer interactions and outcomes;
              1. preserve audit and source lineage.
              2. What it is not

                DenialOS does not use AI output as source of truth, clinical authority, or unrestricted EHR mutation authority. External actions remain governed by explicit control paths.

                Current product boundaries

                • FHIR EHR connectivity is implemented at the runtime/contract level but is not represented as customer production connectivity until external evidence exists.
                  • Live telephony is not enabled by the current voice-agent release; the existing voice system is a governed simulation/dry-run environment.
                    • Compliance certifications are not claimed by the repository.
