Revenue cycle

DenialOS contains a broad revenue-cycle domain surface beyond denial intake, including claims, eligibility, prior authorization, charge coding readiness, payment integrity, patient financial workflows, payer intelligence, AR operations, reconciliation, and revenue operations.

Availability of a domain in the codebase does not mean every vendor-specific workflow is production-connected.

• manual/text workflows;
• ERA/835 ingestion;
• CSV and universal import flows;
• FHIR read connectors;
• X12/EDI foundations;
• evidence/document workflows.

Vendor-specific capabilities remain gated by the corresponding contract, readiness, and external-enablement evidence.
