The repository implements controls around scoped access, private document storage, auditability, evidence lineage, and PHI-minimal operational logging.

This page is not the application's legal privacy notice and does not replace customer-facing contractual terms.

Before public deployment, the final privacy notice must be reviewed and published by the legal/privacy owner.
