Voice security and authority
Voice actions are scoped to organization/client context.
Hospital voice configuration requires evidence references and customer-controlled policy fields. Campaigns are bound to an EHR contract reference and use case-scoped audience manifests.
Approved-action requests carry:
- target;
- payload summary;
- expiry;
- attempt limit;
- rollback reference;
- idempotency key;
- explicit approval decision.
The current execution mode remains DRY_RUN_ONLY.
PHI and recordings
The simulation release rejects recording/transcript-storage configuration in the voiceAgent policy path, and live telephony is not enabled. No live recording or transcript pipeline should be implied by current documentation.
